What the service provides

The site provides general educational guides, a browser-based Texas lease draft tool and a private workspace for rental records. The draft and guides are starting points. They are not legal, tax or accounting advice, a lawyer-client relationship, or a guarantee that a document is complete or enforceable. You are responsible for reviewing the lease, disclosures, local rules and property facts before use.

Your account and records

You must provide an email address you control and keep access to your sign-in links secure. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you enter and for maintaining your own backup of important records. Do not upload another person’s information unless you have a lawful basis to do so. You retain ownership of your content and grant us the limited permission needed to store, display and process it for the service.

Free trial

New workspace accounts receive a 7-day trial for one property, starting at account creation. No payment card is required and the trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. When trial or paid access ends, existing records remain available to view and download; a subscription is required to add or update records. Subscribing starts your paid plan immediately.

Subscriptions and billing

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and applicable taxes may be added. Before purchase, Stripe will display the product, quantity, recurring monthly amount and total due. By confirming checkout, you authorize recurring monthly charges until cancellation. The base plan is $7.99/month for one property plus $3.99/month per additional property. Automated add-ons are not currently offered for purchase. You may cancel through the billing portal; access continues through the paid period unless the checkout terms state otherwise. Payments are generally nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.

Acceptable use

Do not try to access another user’s account, interfere with the service, upload malware, or use the site for unlawful discrimination, harassment or fraud. We may restrict access to protect the service or comply with law.

Availability and changes

We may update features and correct errors. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Important legal deadlines, notices and signed records should not depend solely on this service.

Responsibility

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided without a promise that any template or guide suits a particular transaction. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
