Is the lease really free?
Yes. Create a Texas lease draft and save it as a PDF without a paid subscription or account. The current builder asks for your email before opening the print-ready draft. Review the document and property-specific disclosures before signing.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
The trial covers one property and starts when you create your account. No card is needed. When it ends, your saved records remain available to view. Subscribe to keep adding or updating records. There is no automatic charge at the end of the trial.
How does pricing work for multiple properties?
The workspace costs $7.99 per month for the first property, plus $3.99 for each additional property. For example, three properties cost $15.97 per month, before any applicable tax. Choose your property capacity before subscribing.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Open My subscription in your workspace and choose Manage billing. Your monthly subscription renews until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; access continues through that date.
Does this collect rent or send automatic reminders?
The workspace records payments you have received and expenses you enter. It does not collect tenant payments, connect to your bank, send automated reminders, or provide e-signatures. These services are not included in the subscription.
